Supplement recommendations
My apologies if the supplement recommendations are here in the forum somewhere; I am not a technical genius so if they are here and I can’t find them could you point me in the right direction? Thank you!

Hi Wendy. Thanks for your question. It was implied that there might be a list of some type in the forum. We thought there would be more discussion on this topic and that a list would arise from the discussion. This has yet to happen but if you are looking for more information with regards to choosing supplement companies, we get a little more specific in Chapter 4, Lecture 4.
