When doing the techniques I tend to move rather slowly so I would be over an hour to do the full sequence. Is there any value to doing part one week and part another or do I just need to speed up? I find with client’s pain it helps to slow down a bit but I don’t want to cheat them of a more effective treatment by not getting through the entire sequence in an hour.
Hi Wendy! Thanks for this question!
It does seem that you are doing the techniques slowly but that wouldn’t take away from the effectiveness of the protocols. The point is more towards the actual technique that you’re using and the proper motion being given to you by the client. The speed you see on the demo’s would be a decent baseline and your speed would be designated by your personal preferences and the client’s condition. The best indicator would be the feedback from your clients. If time is an issue, focus on the area of the chief complaint and use any extra time to flow outward toward other areas.
